One part of the business that needs its own system
- A client or member portal, online applications, engagement records or a staff dashboard
- Roles and permissions
- Every action logged with a name
Most business software is built for someone else's process, so your team bends to fit it. We build software around the way you already work, from a CRM with your inbox connected to client portals and one system for the whole business.
Larger builds start with a workflow review, so the price is based on facts, not guesses.
One part of the business that needs its own system
Firms that run on enquiries, quotes and follow-ups
Already running at a client, where it cut a single quote from 2 days to under 2 hours. Read the case study
Businesses ready to run on one system
Every system comes with a plan from launch, for a minimum of six months.
Hosting, backups, security, monitoring and fixes. Changes and new features are quoted separately, before any work starts
Software Care, plus ongoing changes to your system and integrations as your business grows
A fix makes something work again. A change makes it do something new. Software Care covers fixes. Changes are quoted per request, so you always know the cost first.
You may not need custom software. If an off-the-shelf tool or a single automation will do the job, we will tell you, and quote that instead.
A single module, such as client intake or engagement records, starts at KES 180,000. Our CRM with quote to cash costs KES 180,000 to 250,000, adapted to your business. A business system with several modules working together costs KES 350,000 to 700,000, built and paid for in phases. Larger builds are quoted after a workflow review.
Software Care is KES 30,000 a month for modules and the CRM with quote to cash. It covers hosting, backups, security, monitoring and fixes. Larger systems that keep changing move to the Systems plan, from KES 55,000 a month.
Because it already exists and is running at a client. You pay for adapting it to your prices, approvals and documents, not for building it again.
We build in phases, so your team uses the first part while the next is built. The timeline for each phase is set in the workflow review, once we know what the system has to do.
Yes. Both are available as add-ons, and they are often the reason businesses outgrow spreadsheets.
